Sub-woofer Rebuilding
Remove Surround and spider from damaged speaker.
clean off old adhesive with 60 grit sanding disk on a right angle grinder on frame and spider landing to bare metal so the spider and surround sit even.
place new voice coil in magnet and use shims to hold the top of the winding a lil above the bottom of the frame by the T-Yoke
use CA Glue w/ activator to mount spider to voice coil remove and glue bottom of the spider.
shim voice again and mount cone and glue in position.
glue the outter spider to the frame and use Rubber glue to glue surround to frame.
remove shims and glue dust cap.
